We aim to process and dispatch orders on the same day where possible. Please ensure all address details are correct before finalising your order as amendments cannot be made once your order has left our warehouse. Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are sent by a courier or Royal Mail and should arrive within 2 - 3 working days. However, due to circumstances out of our control this could take longer and delivery times are only an estimate. We cannot be held responsible for any delays and/or losses caused by delays. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Please note bank holidays are not treated as a working day.
Please note that all parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If you unable to sign for a parcel, please contact head office on 01889 561790.
If the delivery is unsuccessful the goods will be returned to us and you will be responsible for the cost of the return. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days please contact us or by phoning us on 01889 561790. Deliveries outside of the UK will take longer.
*There are additional charges for Republic of Ireland and The Channel Islands. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box and BFPO numbers.

Zone 1: £14.99 - Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, mainland Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
Zone 2: £35.99 – Bosnia and Herzegovina*, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia.
Rest of the world: From £14.99.

For countries within the EU, our aim is to get your package to you within 7 days. Please allow a little longer for rest of the world. These prices are based on 2kg weight packages, please be aware these will differ if ordering several pairs. You will receive an email to confirm your order is on its way to you - you will be able to track your order via the link provided within this email. Delivery to non - mainland destinations may incur additional charges. Please contact us.
*Please note for non EU countries in Europe and rest of the world postal items may be examined by customs, and as such you may be liable to pay customs charges on arrival. We do our best to speed up the customs process but please be aware it is out of our control. In the event of the order being refused for delivery, and/or the import duties have not been paid, will result in the order being returned to us. Thus a return charge will be removed from your refund - this can be up to 50% of the original value of the order and is set by the international customs department.
What to do if my order doesn’t turn up?
In the unlikely event your parcel is mislaid, please contact us within 10 working days or call us on 01889 561790. We will contact our courier to open an investigation. This can take up to 7 working days. Please note that all parcels will require a signature upon delivery.
Once signed for and delivered, the items become your property and your responsibility therefore any loss or damage to goods passes on to you once your parcel has been signed for by yourself or a 3rd party at the designated address.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you – and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), you may return your order back to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Unfortunately, if goods are not returned to us within this time we will be unable to process a return. We regret that we are unable to offer an exchange. You will be refunded for your original item(s) and you will need to place a new order for the replacement.
Please note we will only be able to refund items bought through this site. We cannot accept any products bought through other distribution channels or any returns via shops stocking the Adesso, Capollini or Earth/Earth Spirit brands. Proof of purchase will be required if you do not have your returns form for any reason. Your order number or despatch note will be the only acceptable forms as proof of purchase. We will not be able to accept any email confirmations as proof of purchase. Please contact us here if you do not have any of these.
We are pleased to be able to refund item(s) in its original unworn and unmarked condition with the original packaging. We ask that you do not tape, mark or write on the shoe boxes. On receipt of the goods, they will be inspected for the overall condition before making a refund. If we find that the product is not in a resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on that item.
All refunds will be credited in the same way the payment was made. The full amount will be credited back to your account as soon as possible (maximum of 30 days).
How to return an item/s
Any items ordered wishing to be returned must be posted back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We do not pay for the return postage costs. Unfortunately, any items received after 14 days cannot be refunded. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use a trackable method as we cannot take responsibility for a return until we have received the goods in to our warehouse.
Returning an item back to us in 3 simple steps:
1) Fill out your Returns form and enclose it in your parcel. Please ensure you include this as any items returned without a returns form will be impossible to identify.
2) Re-use the original postage bag as packaging and write clearly and visibly our returns address on the package.
3) Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office to return it to us. Please note that this is at your own cost and keep proof of postage. We will email you once the parcel has been received into the warehouse and a refund has been processed.
Please note: any returns request made over a weekend or on a UK Bank Holiday will not receive a reply until the next working day.

Cancelling An Order
All cancellations must be done so by contacting us here or in writing to the address below within 14 days of receiving the product. If the payment has already been debited from your account, you will have to follow the returns procedure for a refund or exchange.
If the goods are faulty, we must be made aware of this within 7 days of delivery, please contact us by email or phone quoting your order number, we will then advise how to proceed with the return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item stated faulty once the goods have been inspected for their overall condition and shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions or failure to follow our instructions.
