When will my order be dispatched? 

Orders placed before 3pm on a weekday will be shipped the same same day. Orders which are placed after this time or during the weekend will be shipped the next available working day. 

How long does UK shipping take?

Standard delivery to the UK is 2-3 working days. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

Can I track my order?

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail and can be tracked online using the Royal Mail track and trace service. Simply copy and paste your unique tracking number into the search to track your parcel. You will find your tracking number on your order dispatch email.

Please note that tracking services may differ for Europe and International deliveries.

Can I change my delivery address?

We currently only dispatch parcels to the registered PayPal/Card Payment address. Please make sure that upon completing payment for your order that your delivery address and contact details are up to date and correct. In the event of incorrect delivery information being provided, please contact our customer service department immediately to amend your details. 

When will I receive my confirmation email?

You should receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. Please make sure that your email address is correct upon placing your order and that you check your junk folder if you have not received your email within 24 hours.

How do I return an item?

Items purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition, including all packaging and boxes. 

Please complete and enclose your returns form stating the reason for your return and that you would like a refund. Once your goods are accepted back into our warehouse, your refund will be processed which may take up to 5 working days to appear back on your initial payment method.
