Creating an account means you can place orders without having to fill in your details every time you shop. It is very simple and takes a couple of minutes, you can create an account when you checkout by completing the boxes marked *. These details will be saved for future use.

If you have seen a product in one of our stockists but it isn’t available online, please contact us here and we will give you details on how to locate a pair in your size.
Please note that all shoe sizes vary slightly depending on toe shape, last or style of the shoe. Adesso shoes are a standard width fitting and use continental sizing. If the product is genuine leather, we would recommend that you always allow the product to dry naturally and try to apply a neutral or colour match cleaner with a sponge and remove with a soft cloth.
If the product is suede, firstly, try to remove any surplus dirt carefully with a suede brush. Using soap and water gently clean the product in circular motions.
Please note that our boots are designed for comfort and durability. They are strictly fashion boots only and are not waterproof unless stated. The construction of all boots means that we cannot determine the waterproof properties of the products – unless expressly stated.
Orders & Delivery
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. Any orders that are placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are sent by a courier/Royal Mail and will be dispatched the same day. Please note that all parcels will require a signature upon delivery. Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email to let you know that your order is on its way. All postcodes in England and Wales are next working day delivery. Postcodes in Scotland & the Highlands, Off-Shore and Northern Ireland will take 2-3 working days. If a mobile number
Yes, you will receive an email when your order has been dispatched which contains details for tracking your delivery. If you do not receive the email, please contact us here. Where possible, our couriers will also send you a text confirmation on the day of your delivery. Please make sure you provide a mobile number at checkout for this process.
If you are not at home, the parcel can be left in a specific place or with a neighbour, if you have asked us to do so when placing the order. Please contact us if you have missed this off your order on 01889 561790 or contact us here. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent back to the nearest depot and a card left through your door with further instructions. If parcel delivery is unsuccessful, it will be returned to our warehouse where a refund for your order will be processed.
Yes, please just fill in your contact details as usual throughout the checkout process making sure your delivery address is correct. There is a £9.99 delivery charge to Europe. For rest of the world and any issues, please contact us here. Delivery can take 4-7 working days.

We will refund the purchase price for a product that is delivered in a faulty condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for further details on 01889 561790. Alternatively, please see our faulty items section in returns at wmsc.co.uk/pages/delivery-returns.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return any items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. All items must be in its original unworn and unmarked condition.
Please note: any returns request made over a weekend or on a UK Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your returned parcel to be received. All refunds will be credited in the same way the payment was made. The full amount will be credited back to your account as soon as possible (maximum of 30 days) depending on your bank provider.
Unfortunately, we regret that currently we are unable to offer an exchange. You will need to return your item/s. You will be refunded for your original item/s and you will need to place a new order for the replacement.

Amendments: We’re quick at processing orders so any changes must be made before checkout. After this point, you won’t be able to make any changes to the items or quantities in your order.
